She shared what has happened recently with her boyfriend. His father just died, and then when the earthquake hit Haiti, all 280 children in the orphanage he was helping died. He spends much of his time now in Haiti just hugging people and talking with them and giving them love.
Reminds me to always be grateful for my life. It keeps the little things that bother me in perspective.
