Some of the methods you'll learn and be experiencing in this workshop are designed to help you really "see" yourself, to identify your beliefs, your patterns, and habits so you can see what's working and not working in your life.
Some of the methods and tools you'll learn and experience are designed to help you create your life in a more powerful and freeing way.
